The Italian, pattern-happy brand is back with another equally lusted-after but elusive collaboration.
Time to switch out your ratty shoes: Converse debuts 20 pairs of their Auckland and Chuck Taylor sneaks featuring fabric from the Missoni archives.
The Parisian department store Colette will sell the specialty kicks—developed in celebration of the six year partnership—starting this Friday, September 28. Yep, bad news, only at Colette.
Each pair is available in unisex sizes 5-12 and retails for €400 (that's nearly $520 to us Americans relegated to drooling over these stateside.)
But there is another chance for you to get your hands on (or feet into, rather) some patterned Converse kicks.
Starting Halloween, you can buy the Holiday 2012 Missoni for Converse Auckland Racer, first seen at Missoni's fall 2102 show, at Missoni boutiques and selected Converse First String retailers.
