In the video for '1991,' Banks puts, not at all surprisingly, a pre-Can't-Hardly-Wait-Lets-Listen-to-Goo-Goo-Dolls style on display, a major sartorial nod to Madonna's suits and a glossy Aaliyah-like feel (RIP).
We're transported to Parker Posey's illegal loft parties in Party Girl. Banks and Posey's Mary would get into serious trouble.
