Why: Alas, you’ll pretty much have to be besties with Karl Lagerfeld to see Coco’s famous mirrored staircase in the flesh, but the four-floor Chanel complex at 31 Rue Cambon is still worth a pilgrimage, even if it’s just to shop at the boutique on the ground floor.
