Lady Gaga's 'We Pray for Japan' Charity Bracelet
Cause celeb: Lady Gaga has designed a charity bracelet to benefit Japan.
Put your paws up, Little Monsters, and slip on Lady Gaga's charitable contribution to help those affected by the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
"I designed a Japan prayer bracelet," the singer announced on Twitter. "Buy it/donate here and ALL proceeds will go to tsunami relief efforts. Go Monsters."
Available for pre-order via Lady Gaga's online store, the white wristband features "We Pray for Japan" in red type along with Japanese characters and a "paws up" symbol.
The bracelet retails for $5 but donations to support the relief effort can be added to each purchase.
Lady Gaga has more than one close tie to Japan: Her stylist, Mugler designer Nicola Formichetti, is half Japanese, and the creator of her go-to towering footwear, Noritaka Tatehana, is a Japan native.
