Carine Roitfeld’s autobiography will hit bookstores on October 4.

So that’s what she’s been up to since her much-discussed departure from French Vogue.

The autobiography of Carine Roitfeld, published by Rizzoli and titled Irreverent, will be released on October 4. The book—written by the former editor, edited by Olivier Zahm, and art directed by Alex Wiederin—reportedly includes images from her beloved portfolio of shoots, personal letters, and contributions from the likes of Anna Wintour, Cathy Horyn, and New York Magazine’s Amy Larocca. The cover is understated: Just Roitfeld's name and the title appear on a clean white background.

Last month, Roitfeld told Style.com of the process of creating the tome, “I never like to go back, so to go back to a picture you did 20 years ago, it’s almost like going to a shrink. It’s a lot of emotion … Most of the pictures are the ones I did with Mario Testino … It’s mostly dedicated to Mario, that book."

The book will retail for $100 and is available for pre-order on Amazon.com.
