Laura Ashley's Collaboration with People Tree
Laura Ashley has come a long way from those quaint sundresses Mom used to make you wear.
Ashley's new collaboration with British eco-friendly label People Tree—best known for its Emma Watson–designed collections—reveals a modern, highly wearable take on those muted floral prints, Grazia reports.
Pencil skirts, jumpsuits—the latter a big trend for the season—and form-fitting sheaths give the spring-perfect prints a sleeker edge.
According to the magazine reports, "This spring you’ll be able to buy into the environmentally responsible version of it as three original Laura Ashley prints from their 1970s archive are reworked by People Tree in contemporary shades and printed onto 100 percent organic-cotton silhouettes."
