Maison Martin Margiela Rumored to Be Next H&M Collaborator
Lanvin, Versace, David Beckham, Marni, Anna Dello Russo...and now Maison Martin Margiela? H&M sure knows how to spoil us.
Industry sources tell Women's Wear Daily that the Swedish retailer has tapped Margiela as its latest high-fashion collaborator, though an H&M spokeswoman says, "We never comment on rumors."
Thankfully, we do. A collection for H&M would no doubt bring major mass exposure to the avant-garde French fashion house, which has been overseen by an in-house design team since its namesake founder's exit in 2009.

Best known for cleft-toed boots, wig coats, and deconstructed garments that defy convention, the label has also delved into home décor of late, opening up the possibility of an interiors range for H&M.
