Fashion’s elite attended the ‘Oscars of Fashion’ – the 2016 CFDA awards – on Monday night.

Top moments of the night include Norma Kamali receiving the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award, Alessandro Michele’s acceptance of the International Award, Donna Karan being presented the Founder’s Award, Tilda Swinton’s acceptance of the Board of Directors’ Tribute to David Bowie on what would have been David and Iman’s 24th wedding anniversary, and Beyonce’s emotional moment after receiving the Fashion Icon award.
