2015 British Fashion Awards Honors the Best
Naomi Campbell, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, David and Victoria Beckham, and Alexa Chung were just a few attending and presenting at the 2015 British Fashion Awards. Notable winners include Stella McCartney for Best Brand, Christopher Bailey and Burberry were honored with the Creative Campaign award, Alessandro Michele for Gucci took home International Designer, Tom Ford received recognition for creating global awareness with the Red Carpet Award, and J.W. Anderson walked away with both the Menswear and Womenswear Design Awards.
American Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour described Karl Lagerfeld as the "soul of fashion" and stated “he has the urgency and daring of a young designer, even though he’s created new collections every season for some 60 years.” Before she presented Lagerfeld with the Outstanding Achievement Award, Wintour shared a story of how Lagerfeld constructed a tennis court at his Biarritz home before Wintour visited so she would be more comfortable upon her arrival!
